We took the first steps towards the Middle East with the expansion to Egypt in early 2016 and the opening of a branch in Turkey.
The presence in both countries will help a great deal with further progress in the region. Currently the Universal Transport Group is extending business in Iran. We already have some experience there and further orders for the next few years are already on the books.
The Iranian Market has huge growth potential now that economic sanctions have been lifted. A large number of important infrastructure project are due to be implemented shortly. Our colleges in Istanbul and Nuremberg have much needed experience and know-how in large- and heavy goods transport logistics to be able to master the forth coming tasks.
